Gary E. Simmons, Jr.

Gary E. Simmons, Jr.Gary E. Simmons, Jr. is an associate attorney and was admitted to the Florida Bar in March 2018. He is a 5th generation Floridian, Stuart native, and proud member of OPUS at Martin County High School. His father and namesake managed thousands of acres of citrus groves for Minute Maid and Becker Groves, while his mother, Beth, was a founding member of the Visiting Nurse Association. Mr. Simmons earned his B.A. in History with a Minor in Secondary Education from the University of Florida in 2006 and earned his Masters in Education in 2008. After teaching in public, private, and charter schools all over Florida, Mr. Simmons decided to pursue a career in the legal field. He graduated with his J.D. from Florida State University in 2017 and worked as a Public Defender in Orlando, before opening his own firm. Mr. Simmons returned to Stuart to be closer to his family and joined Ross Earle Bonan & Ensor, P.A. in 2022.

Mr. Simmons practices in the areas of Community Association Law, and Litigation support. He enjoys spending time with his fiancée, his nephews, and working on DIY/Repurposing projects while listening to audiobooks.
