James A. Alderman

James A. Alderman is an associate attorney and was admitted to the Florida Bar in January 2020. He is an 8th generation Floridian from a family of cattle ranchers, with his family still operating the B.E. Alderman Ranch in Okeechobee. Mr. Alderman is also the grandson of the late Florida Supreme Court Justice, James E. Alderman. Mr. Alderman earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Central Florida in 2016, and then his J.D. from the University of Florida Levin College of Law in 2019. After receiving his J.D., Mr. Alderman elected to remain at the University of Florida to receive his LLM in Taxation in 2020.

Mr. Alderman practices in the areas of Community Association Law and Litigation support. He enjoys spending time on the ranch and learning about American History.
